In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email and two-factor authentication.
Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and log in your email address.

We create electronic work orders and coordinate with vendors and tenants to resolve issues quickly. You’ll be notified right away through our maintenance system, with photos provided when needed.
Quick & Safe Payouts
We use electronic ACH payments to deposit funds directly into your bank account. While the management agreement allows until the 15th, we typically issue payments around the 10th of each month.
